Q) How long do we get our rental items for?

A) All of our rentals cover your full event. We do not charge by the hour and we will never come in the middle of your wedding reception and haul away our stuff.

Q) Can I hang my own neon sign from your wall?

A) Yes! But let us do it for you. For insurance purposes, we can’t allow any one to work on our equipment. Besides, you have enough to worry about on your big day and hanging them can be tricky and not look great if not done right. We do not charge anything to hang your own neon sign.

Q) Can we move the wall or photo booth after the ceremony?

A) For insurance reasons, no one can move our equipment other than us. We will set everything up perfectly so the photo booth is aligned perfectly with the photo wall. If you would like to change locations of the photo wall (ie- ceremony aisle to behind the sweetheart table), we can do that for you. There will be an additional charge for this service as it requires us to come back for the ceremony and set everything up again. Just let us know what you’re thinking in the initial inquiry and we can discuss options!

Q) Do you offer prints for your photo booth?

A) Not at this time. We like to keep things as affordable as possible and prints are just plain expensive. Most of the time they wind up on the floor or left behind on the table. Our all-digital iPad photo booth allows guests to take unlimited photos that they can send to themselves instantly and upload them to their social media pages later on. Your guests will love it, we promise!

Q) Do we get props?

A) We charge a small fee of $20 for props, table, and signage. We charge $20 simply because it is inevitable that some of your guests will accidentally walk away with some or damage others. It just happens, no big deal. We would never send you a bill for a goofy hat or sunglasses, so we just charge a small fee and that allows us to replenish our props for the next event.

Q) Do you do balloons?

A) We do not, but we can recommend some AMAZING balloon artists if you haven’t hired one yet. Just let us know if you plan on having balloons attached to one of our walls. There is no extra charge, we just like to plan ahead and coordinate with them to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Q) Can I view all the photos and videos from my event?

A) Of course, that’s the best part! We’ll send you a link after the event and you can view/download all of the photo booth experiences your guests took. Have fun!

Q) Do you have any vendor reccomendations?

A) YES! We have had the privilege of working with so many amazing vendors, from photographers and videographers, to balloon artists and DJs. We would absolutley love to provide you with a list of some of our favorites!

Q) My venue requires a copy of insurance and/or idemnity agreement, can you provide that?

A) YES! We are fully insured and will make sure your venue get’s all of the required paperwork as soon as they request it.

Q) Do you just drop off your rentals and let the venue set it up?

A) Nope! We arrive well before your event and set everything up ourselves. We take great pride in making sure everything looks absolutley amazing for your big day. Attention to detail is what we pride ourselves in. No detail is overlooked and we would never leave a setup until it looks perfect.

Q) What is the up-lighting add-on?

A) For a small price, you can add on up-lighting to any package. You will get two professional-grade wireless LED up-lights that we can make any color or classic white. Up light your photo wall to give it that added touch of elegance and style. Looks great on all of our flower walls, shimmer walls, or greenery wall.
